doubt后面接that还是whether

doubt后面既可以跟that，也可以跟whether，doubt如果是动词引导宾语从句时，如果主句是肯定句，则宾语从句的引导词可用if/whether。doubt如果是动词引导宾语从句时，如果主句是否定句／疑问句，则宾语从句的引导词只能用that。

doubt后面跟that的时候是there is no doubt that，表示毫无疑问；跟whether时是I doubt whether，表示我怀疑什么是否怎么样。

doubt的肯定形式后接whether/if从句,否定和疑问形式后接that从句：

I doubt whether/if he can speak English.(肯定句)

I do not doubt that he can speak English.（否定句）

Do you doubt that he can speak English?（疑问句）
