it is high time(多用that,也可省略)后接虚拟语气，虚拟语气动词常用过去时或should do.中文意思是“正是做某事的时候”。

例如，我们正处青春年华，它正是我们为美好未来奋勇拼博的时候。

We are in our youth, and it is hightime that we shouldfight for a better future.

或We are in our youth, and it is high time that we fought for a better future.
