那么，这就是一个很典型的考生答案。

在雅思考试part1部分，Hometown这个话题作为必考题，它们存在在每一季的话题中，从来没有被换掉；

同时，作为高频题，很多考生在考场中都会被问到；所以，今天我们就来解决一下这个话题。

冲鸭！！！

其实，在的城市名当中，除了像（Tibet），内蒙古（InnerMongolia）等，绝大数的城市还是中文拼音。

那么，I’mfromHangZhou."

HangZhou"考官真的可以听懂吗？？？答案是：不一定！

我们真的需要对这个中文拼音"做一些解释

下面有我们的几种方式：

1.位置定位

考官听不懂HangZhou，但是考官听得懂China。杭州是东部的一个城市，所以我们可以告诉考官，HangzhouislocatedinEastChina.

同理可以推出，

LiShuiislocatedinEastChina.

WenZhouislocatedinEastChina.

2.城市类型＋特征

我依然记得，我在英国上学的时候，经常被问到来自于什么地方。我当时就想外国人应该不知道景德镇吧！"所以我就会告诉他们，我来自于一个南方的小城市。

接着我又被问到：那么我的城市有多少人口呢？当时的我，几万头草泥马从脑中飞过！！！

但是毋庸置疑的就是，在对于城市的描述中，我们可以解释城市类型＋相应的特征

比如：

3.天气状况

Theweatherispleasantandfair(天气很好).Theclimateismildandthere’salotofsun.

Theweatheristerrible.There’salotofrainandit’schillyandwet(又冷又湿)inthewinter.

4.交通状况

Thetransportsysteminmyhometowniswelldeveloped.There’remorethanthreeundergroundlines,whichhelptolinkthewholecitytogether.

Thetrafficisterrible.There’retoomanytrafficjamsevenintheoff-peaktime(非高峰期时间).

5.环境
